MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Christmas is approaching quickly and boy are we ready for Santa to arrive.  Henri asks each night, "is tonight the night Mama?"  We are now only one night away.  I can't wait to wake up on Christmas morning to see Henri's face as he comes down the stairs to see presents left under the tree by Santa.  This year we are celebrating Christmas with JP's family on Christmas Eve and my family on Christmas Day.  I am very excited for my brother-in-laws delicious seafood chowder.  JP wants a ham for Christmas dinner so I will attempt at making my first spiral ham (can't be that difficult, just re-heat right?).  A friend told me that I should puncture the ham with several toothpicks and then hang pineapple from them while baking, I'll give it a try and hope for the best.
