Today we packed up all our gear and headed out to the beach with Kara and her girls and Michelle, Rocky and baby Lucy. I usually head to my favorite spot in Rhode Island, but Michelle new a place in Gloucester, which was closer. We had such a fun day, with beautiful beach weather. The beach was beautiful and so family friendly. I think I will make it my new favorite spot!
All the kiddos really took to the water except Henri. I think it was too cold. He clung to my legs and lifted his arms to be picked up. On the plus side, he didn't eat any sand. We made it through the whole day with very little fussiness. Unfortunately, I got quite a burn on my shoulders. Henri has a slight burn on both arms. Next time I'll have to remember to reapply his sunblock.
A FUN day was had by all!!
